The purchaser of the Services provided by Syyclops, including any agents, representatives, employees, or contractors acting on their behalf.
All proprietary or confidential information disclosed by either party, including designs, data, software, customer information, business plans, and financials.
Any data uploaded or provided by the User in connection with the Services.
Printed, electronic, or online materials accompanying the Services.
Systems where failure could result in death, personal injury, or catastrophic property damage. Examples: aircraft, medical systems, power plants, transportation systems.
A third party contracted by a Subscriber to manage IT services.
A recognized technology specification (e.g., GSM, LTE, Wi-Fi, HTML) created by industry or government organizations.
Technical support services provided by Syyclops.
Non-separately priced software updates (e.g., policy updates, DATs, signature sets).
Major improvements to the Software made generally available as part of purchased Support.
Any individual accessing or using the Site or Services.

The Software is not intended for use in high risk environments where failure could result in personal injury or death. You agree to indemnify Syyclops for any claims arising from such use.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the District of Columbia (USA). Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration in Washington, DC, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Syyclops may seek injunctive relief for IP violations.
Users retain ownership of their uploaded content but grant Syyclops a limited right to access and use data to operate and improve the Services.
These Terms represent the complete agreement between you and Syyclops, superseding all prior versions or understandings.
